Registration for the 2012 TNC HTR SOP is open. Project Sponsors may begin filling out their applications.

Key Changes for the 2012 HTR SOP
- Underserved Counties have been re-defined
- Work schedules required for Project Sponsors completing the Duct Efficiency and/or Infiltration measures
- Changes have been made to the Duct Tool
- Revised application forms
- Invoices may no longer be submitted the first 14 days of each month
- Residential dwellings built (completed) after January 1, 2010 do not qualify for the Program
Notice:AEP reserves the right to incorporate any or all changes resulting from PUCT proceedings into AEP’s programs as they are approved. Project Sponsors will be provided with adequate notice of any changes affecting their projects
